I am a tax consultant in Portugal. I advise Ukrainians who work for themselves.

What I work on
- Opening and running an atividade for freelancers and IT specialists
- Quarterly reporting and Segurança Social
- Faturas for clients in Portugal, the EU and outside the EU
- IRS for individuals
What I do not work on
Slava: write what you do not take on (for example, immigration or running an Lda). An honest boundary builds trust.
How I work
- I explain things in plain language and give Portuguese terms in the original.
- The figures are based on laws and documents of the AT (tax authority), Segurança Social and the OCC (the Portuguese Chartered Accountants Association). In the guides, the sources are listed at the end.
- If the rules are disputed or have changed, I say so directly.
